Is it safe & secure?
Yes, absolutely. Your prescriptions are stored in a secure, locked compartment and can only be accessed using your unique PIN code that is sent directly to your mobile phone.
How much time do I have to collect medicines once I receive the PIN number?
You typically have several days to collect your prescription using the PIN. If you're unable to collect within this time, please contact the pharmacy and we can arrange an alternative collection method.
What if I pay for prescriptions – can I still use the collection point?
Yes! You can pay for your prescriptions at the pharmacy before they are placed in the MedPoint machine, or arrangements can be made for payment collection.
Are any drugs not allowed to be collected in this way?
Controlled drugs and items requiring refrigeration may need to be collected during pharmacy opening hours. Our team will inform you if this applies to any of your medications.
